I nostri gioielli hanno delle tempistiche di lavorazione che variano a seconda della tipologia di prodotto, della difficoltà, o ad altri fattori come l'imprevedibilità del materiale o le sfortune di produzione.

Ecco perché ci riserviamo di parlare di almeno 3-4 settimane di lavorazione (festivi esclusi) dalla ricezione dell’ordine e del pagamento.

E' anche possibile che queste tempistiche non siano precise, per quanto il nostro desiderio sia quello di rispettarle, molto può accadere durante una lavorazione artigianale.

COSA SUCCEDE DURANTE QUESTE SETTIMANE DI ATTESA?

Il nostro è un brand fondato sulla manifattura e lavoriamo quasi esclusivamente su commissione, questo significa che ogni gioiello è realizzato al momento dell’ordine e ha bisogno di molte mani, passaggi e spostamenti, da artigiano ad artigiano, per poter essere finalmente portato alla luce.

Our jewelry is carefully packed and shipped to travel safely.

For domestic shipments we use GLS which costs 8€, free of charge for purchases of 250€ or more, with a delivery time
2 to 3 days variable.

For regions such as Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Aosta Valley and Basilicata, delivery may take an additional day.

For international shipping, we use UPS. Costs may vary based on your country and delivery takes 4 to 6 days.

As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier you will receive an email with the tracking number for the shipment, be sure to type your email correctly during the checkout process.
We have several payment types available:

-Klarna (payment in 3 convenient installments)

-PayPal

-Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

-Bank transfer (the order will be taken care of as soon as the payment appears in the bank account)

OUR POLICY

If you would like a different piece of jewelry, or if the size you ordered is not correct, please write to us at help@flonia.it, you have 14 days from the date you receive the products to proceed with the return or exchange.
Shipping costs for returns and subsequent re-shipments will be your responsibility.
