Our jewelry has different processing times, depending on the type of workmanship, difficulty, or due to other factors such as the unpredictability of the material or mishaps that may occur during the making process.

This is why we reserve the right to quote at least 3-4 weeks (excluding holidays) from when we receive the order and payment. Timelines may not be exact, as much as our desire is to meet them, a lot can happen in craftsmanship.

Our brand was founded on craftsmanship and we work on commission, which means that each piece of jewelry is made at the time of order, needs many hands beyond our own, and many steps and moves from artisan to artisan to finally be brought to light.

However, you will find all this information in the "processing time" heading on each product page, where all the details that are essential for choosing the perfect piece of jewelry, regarding its composition, measurements and sizes, are also indicated.
Our jewelry is carefully packed and shipped to travel safely.

For domestic shipments we use GLS which costs 8€, free of charge for purchases of 250€ or more, with a delivery time
2 to 3 days variable.

For regions such as Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Aosta Valley and Basilicata, delivery may take an additional day.

For international shipping, we use UPS. Costs may vary based on your country and delivery takes 4 to 6 days.

As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier you will receive an email with the tracking number for the shipment, be sure to type your email correctly during the checkout process.
We have several payment types available:

-Klarna (payment in 3 convenient installments)


-Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

-Bank transfer (the order will be taken care of as soon as the payment appears in the bank account)


If you would like a different piece of jewelry, or if the size you ordered is not correct, please write to us at, you have 14 days from the date you receive the products to proceed with the return or exchange.
Shipping costs for returns and subsequent re-shipments will be your responsibility.

Flonia is a small Italian artisan company. Our creations are custom-made following your requests for color, size, and other details.
Nowadays, we all have developed the habit of ordering much more than we want, carelessly, thinking that we can always send back what we bought without giving it much thought.
This habit, however, is harmful not only to the environment but also to small businesses that choose to make products on demand, avoiding excessive production.
