Manipura represents the third chakra; it is located at the level of the navel, which for Japanese culture corresponds to the Hara, or belly, also called the Solar Plexus Chakra, this is linked to the digestive system and the physical assimilation of food and everything related to nourishment.

As an element it represents fire, when this chakra malfunctions, rapid mood changes, depression, digestive and dermatological problems can occur.

It is yellow in color and it is represented with ten golden yellow petals.

It identifies our ability to be confident and in control of our lives. If we are rooted in strength and stability, we possess the means to convert energy into action.

An imbalance in its energy can cause attitudes of selfishness and superiority, or inflammation of organs such as the stomach, liver, lungs and diaphragm.

But its greatest energy leads to self-esteem and self-confidence.
